Sylvia Zwi
Sylvia is an experienced teaching artist, educator and administrator. She is passionate about engaging in teaching and learning with people of all ages and in diverse contexts, finding early learning the most fascinating. Her work brings her joy, gratitude and fulfillment.
Sylvia is Brazilian native and Portuguese Language Coach; she is also proficient in Spanish.
She is a Master Teaching Artist with Inspired Child, Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts, and Lucy School.
Her experiences over three decades include teaching at Lawrence Woodmere Academy, Stecher and Horowitz School of the Arts, and Lawrence-Woodmere Public Schools Family Program, in Long Island, NY; Sitar Arts Center, Oyster-Adams Bilingual School (DCPS), Levine Music, and Choral Arts Society of Washington, in the greater Washington area.
